Work on skEdit v4.0 continues. The fifth beta is currently out to the testers, with the sixth likely going out this weekend.
I've received quite a few questions about Subversion 1.4.x support. The current plugin does not support 1.4.x, but the Subversion support in v4.0 will. I have no plans to update the plugin in the meantime.
How to get hands on the beta? I love to play and test...
Yoram on May 17, 2007 #Is still a possibility to help you beta testing? I'm a great fan of skEdit.
Bernd on May 18, 2007 #Open beta! Open beta! :)
Matt S. on May 19, 2007 #Beta 6 is not ready for public consumption yet.
Sean Kelly on May 19, 2007 #Sean... you're losing me, Sean... Coda is calling my name, Sean...
;)
Bob on June 12, 2007 #Don't sweat it Sean, you're awesome because Tab and Shift + Tab works on text blocks :)
Dat Nguyen on July 9, 2007 #Is this project still being actively developed?
Ryan on July 12, 2007 #Yes.
Sean Kelly on July 12, 2007 #Coda's got nothing on SK! I tried, but was back 15 minutes later.
Ben on July 13, 2007 #@Ben: I second that. Tried Coda as well as Textmate. Both deleted after a day or two.
Jason on July 13, 2007 #I concur I use skedit nearly every day and while i like textmate for some things and even revert to bbedit for others - skedit is the easiest and most productive of them all. I also tried coda and it has some nice features but whilst I am tempted I am more looking forward to v4.0.... please hurry :-)
